As a Field Service Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all service agreements and warranty obligations are met and surpassed, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
As the AHU Aftermarket Parts Application Engineer, you will provide sales and technical support to the Field Sales and Service organization, end users and contractors for aftermarket product offerings. You are responsible for quoting, processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, and managing order entry. You will also create new customer profiles and provide support for the Global Airside Field Sales & Service organization.
